As the NAIOP Award of Excellence winner in the Renovation/Remodel category, the World Headquarters of Century Sign Builders serves as a pioneering infill project for the revitalization of its immediate neighborhood community. Century Sign Builders was faced with a 300% growth in its company and needed a universal, flexible space that will function as office, retail, display, and manufacturing space for their booming business’ evolving needs. The Design Group collaborated closely with the contractor on the project, Enterprise Builders, to reuse the existing structure of an existing 11,250 square foot warehouse space. The project made use of simple design to display the inherent raw and open qualities of the industrial space to achieve a final construction cost of approximately $84 per square foot.
